Integrated Marketing Manager – Paid Media & User Growth

About the role

We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager focused on paid media to drive global user acquisition, activation, and retention for a China‑based dating app. The role combines data‑driven growth strategies with hands‑on campaign execution across major digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise performance‑marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, managing strategy, creative assets and budget allocation.
• Analyse key metrics (CPA, CTR, CVR, ROI, retention) and continuously improve campaign performance.
• Partner with data teams to define growth dashboards, metrics and monitoring systems.
• Design and run growth experiments using funnel analysis, user segmentation and A/B testing.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to standardise growth and experimentation processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; STEM background preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven experience on at least one major advertising platform.
• Mandarin fluency (mandatory) and fluent English communication skills.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented and able to lead projects independently.
