Internal Communications Specialist – Corporate Services (APAC)

About the role

The Internal Communications Specialist will support Corporate Services Functions across APAC by creating clear, employee‑focused communications on workplace operations, service updates, and support pathways. You will work closely with regional and local stakeholders to ensure employees receive timely, understandable information.

Key responsibilities

• Draft engaging internal updates and service announcements across formats such as emails, posts, FAQs, key documents, and basic training materials.
• Support day‑to‑day Corporate Services communications to convey workplace updates, service changes, and employee guidance.
• Maintain and improve existing communication materials, templates, FAQs, and channels.
• Partner with Corporate Services stakeholders to align messages, gather input, and assist with communication planning and rollout execution.
• Promote a clear, employee‑friendly communication experience to help colleagues understand services, changes, and support options.
• Provide operational and administrative support for communication projects as needed.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in communications, internal communications, employee experience, or related fields (internship experience acceptable).
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines.
• Sound judgment, learning mindset, and comfort navigating sensitive or fast‑moving topics.
• Ability to work in a regional or global environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
