International Tax & Compliance Manager

About the role

This senior position reports directly to senior tax leadership within a leading commodities group. The International Tax & Compliance Manager will oversee corporate tax compliance, advisory, and planning across the entire organization, ensuring alignment with global tax standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor and manage accurate and timely corporate tax compliance for all Group companies.
• Conduct tax analysis, review incentives, and design tax‑efficient structures.
• Provide tax advisory on business transactions, including Transfer Pricing and BEPS Pillar 2 projects.
• Monitor tax law changes, interpret regulations, and issue guidance to the Group.
• Support Business Units and senior management on tax‑related projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum 8 years of international tax experience.
• Experience in a Big 4 firm or in‑house within highly incentivised industries.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of local and global tax standards.
• Strong stakeholder management and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands‑on analytical ability, capable of multitasking across divisions.
