IT Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to clarify job requirements for a variety of IT positions.
• Create compelling job advertisements and manage postings across multiple platforms.
• Review, screen, and assess applications to identify strong candidates.
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate shortlisting for internal hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and produce reports to improve the hiring process.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in talent acquisition or agency settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple roles under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in IT/technology hiring is highly preferred.
