Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TDCX, you will partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and deliver quality talent across our global BPO operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and advertising to screening, interviewing and hiring—to meet headcount targets.
• Implement innovative sourcing methods and participate in recruitment marketing initiatives such as career talks and job fairs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
• Handle recruitment administration and ensure compliance with company policies and the Quality Management System.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment and selection experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Degree or diploma in any field.
• Proven ability to source, screen and recommend strong talent while building relationships.
• Professionalism, integrity and ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and the local market language.
