About the role
We are seeking a motivated Jewellery Retail Sales Assistant to join our store in Hougang. The role involves delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily store operations. You will work in a fast‑paced retail environment handling enquiries and maintaining inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and respond to customer enquiries and feedback.
- Provide high‑quality customer service throughout the shopping experience.
- Ensure daily stock inventory is accurate and well‑organized.
- Assist in various daily operational tasks within the store.
Required profile
- Minimum secondary school education or higher.
- Retail experience or a background in jewellery is an added advantage.
- Team player with a positive working attitude.
