Junior Wedding Florist (Full-Time)

About the role

ELITEZ PTE. LTD. is seeking a Junior Wedding Florist to join its islandwide team. You will support daily floral orders as well as wedding and event projects, ensuring high‑quality arrangements that meet brand and client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with floral arrangements for daily orders, weddings and events, including preparing flowers, materials and tools.
• Support online and contract orders, ensuring accurate and timely preparation according to brand and client requirements.
• Help develop floral designs, manage inventory, organise stock and prepare flowers.
• Participate in on‑site floral setup, installation and maintenance at weddings, events, hotels and contracted venues.
• Assist with larger floral projects, including packing, loading, unloading and on‑site assembly.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of floristry experience.
• Experience in wedding and event floristry preferred.
• Strong floral design and colour coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
