About the role

We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to supervise food preparation and cooking, maintain a fully‑stocked inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. The role also involves coordinating workflow to deliver high‑quality meals on time.

Key responsibilities

Supervise food preparation, cooking, and packaging while ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain inventory records, check freshness, and apply FIFO principles to minimise waste and spoilage.
Follow the daily production schedule to guarantee correct quantities are prepared and delivered to outlets.
Organise workflow, create work schedules, and ensure timely, simultaneous delivery of high‑quality dishes.
Monitor and minimise ingredient wastage, oversee ingredient preparation, and manage distribution of food sections.

Required profile

Strong problem‑solving and effective communication abilities.
Good time‑management and people‑management skills.
Excellent organisational and conflict‑management capabilities.
