Lead Civil & Structural Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Civil & Structural Project Manager to oversee all C&S construction activities for a large‑scale hospital project. The role involves planning, coordinating and delivering the works in line with drawings, specifications and the project programme.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the C&S team, including engineers, supervisors and site personnel.
• Coordinate with the Project Director, consultants, architects, structural engineers and subcontractors.
• Review design drawings, specifications, calculations, method statements and shop drawings.
• Monitor construction progress, identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Supervise structural works such as foundations, piling, excavation, reinforced concrete and structural steel.
• Control quality, inspection and testing activities to meet project standards.
• Manage subcontractor performance, work sequencing and resource allocation.
• Prepare progress and technical reports and support commissioning and handover.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in civil and structural construction, preferably on large hospital or institutional projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction practices, codes and statutory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage complex schedules.
