Lead Full Stack Engineer, AI Product

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive the development of our AI‑powered product. In this high‑ownership position you will shape the product architecture, engineering culture and technical direction from the ground up, working closely with the founders and early users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and ship core features across the full stack, owning frontend, backend, database, authentication and deployment decisions.
• Integrate large‑language‑model (LLM) workflows into user‑facing product flows.
• Develop internal tools, dashboards and workflow automations to support production teams.
• Define engineering standards and mentor future hires.
• Make pragmatic architecture choices that balance speed, quality and scalability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Product‑mindset with ability to turn ambiguous requirements into shipped software.
• Comfortable working in an early‑stage startup environment with incomplete information.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with non‑technical founders and creative teams.
