Legal & Trade Compliance Executive

About the role

The Legal & Trade Compliance Executive will ensure that our manufacturing operations and legal services adhere to all relevant trade regulations, internal policies, and regional legal frameworks. You will act as a key advisor on compliance matters and support cross‑functional teams in audits and regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee security trade compliance, business contracts, dispute resolution and regulatory programs.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations, internal policies and regional legal frameworks.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on legal, compliance and security trade policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support audits, investigations and regulatory reporting.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Degree in Law, International Business or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in trade compliance, legal compliance or export regulations.
• Background in law firms or in‑house legal roles handling disputes and compliance programmes.
• Experience reviewing and managing business contracts within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SAP processes and export control documentation.
