About the role
The Lift Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support to the Lift Team, ensuring smooth operation of lift-related projects and maintenance activities. This role involves handling documentation, tracking work orders, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and file Job Sheets and Works Orders for lift works.
- Monitor and update cyclical data related to lift maintenance and projects.
- Maintain organized documentation and filing systems for all lift records.
- Support the Lift Team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks as delegated by management.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documents accurately.
- Good organizational skills and ability to maintain filing systems.
- Proactive attitude with willingness to take on additional duties.
