About the role

The Lift Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support to the Lift Team, ensuring smooth operation of lift-related projects and maintenance activities. This role involves handling documentation, tracking work orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and file Job Sheets and Works Orders for lift works.
  • Monitor and update cyclical data related to lift maintenance and projects.
  • Maintain organized documentation and filing systems for all lift records.
  • Support the Lift Team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks as delegated by management.

Required profile

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documents accurately.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to maintain filing systems.
  • Proactive attitude with willingness to take on additional duties.
