About the role
LionsBot is looking for an Office Manager to keep its Singapore office running smoothly and to support the CEO directly. This high‑trust position combines facilities oversight, complex travel coordination and internal communications, ensuring 250 employees across four countries stay informed and connected.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Singapore office supplies, facilities, vendor relationships and visitor experience.
- Oversee new‑hire administrative onboarding for the Singapore location.
- Plan and execute end‑to‑end multi‑city, multi‑country travel itineraries for the CEO, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, visas and pre‑trip briefing packs delivered at least 48 hours in advance.
- Produce the bi‑weekly internal newsletter by gathering content globally, drafting copy, designing layout and managing the review‑and‑approval cycle with the Chief of Staff.
- Handle logistics‑related correspondence on behalf of the CEO Office.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Notion AI to draft documents, conduct research and improve workflow efficiency.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in office management or operations.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑city, multi‑country travel itineraries independently.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) for liaison with China operations.
- Active daily use of AI tools for drafting, research or workflow automation.
