About the role
Deloitte is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support senior partners within the SR&T Enabling Services team in Singapore. The role involves managing complex schedules, handling high‑level communications, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations for the partner(s) and their extended team.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner(s), responding to inquiries and conducting in‑depth research.
- Manage and coordinate partner’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and priority alignment.
- Prepare correspondence, expense reports via SAP, and impactful presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Oversee routine communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Process billing invoices and maintain accurate, confidential financial records.
- Lead daily office operations and provide administrative support across multiple communication channels.
- Maintain an organized filing system for contracts, client databases, engagement records, and proposals.
- Collaborate with executive assistants, senior staff, and cross‑functional teams to facilitate seamless workflow.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering proactive solutions to optimise workflow and manage priorities.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or partners in a professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of office systems, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, anticipate needs, and deliver high‑quality administrative support.
