Logistics & Warehouse Manager (Junior)

About the role

BIRKENSTOCK is seeking a motivated Logistics & Warehouse Manager (Junior) to oversee inventory, order fulfillment, and third‑party logistics across multiple channels. You will ensure product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement of supply‑chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, maintain accuracy across warehouses and sales channels, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inbound shipments, order processing, and outbound deliveries for online, retail, and wholesale customers.
• Serve as primary contact for 3PL providers, monitor service level agreements, handle returns, and drive process improvements.
• Ensure product quality and compliance, document processes, and implement preventive measures.
• Track key performance indicators, analyse costs and lead times, and support initiatives to optimise the supply chain.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field.
• Strong intercultural competence and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP modules (SD, MM, WM).
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data‑driven process optimisation.
