Driver – Senior Welfare Transport

About the role

Aber Care is seeking compassionate drivers to provide safe and reliable transportation for seniors across Singapore. You will play a vital role in ensuring seniors reach their appointments and destinations comfortably and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Assist seniors with boarding and alighting from the vehicle, operating wheelchair lifts and other mobility equipment as needed.
• Follow transportation safety procedures before and during each journey to guarantee client safety.
• Escort clients between the vehicle, their homes, and appointment venues, providing courteous and attentive service.
• Accompany seniors to hospitals or healthcare facilities, helping with registration, payment, scheduling follow‑up appointments, and collecting prescribed medication.
• Support seniors during appointments by offering companionship, wheelchair assistance, and comfort while waiting.
• Monitor client well‑being, perform social checks, and promptly report any concerns.
• Coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and reliable transport services.

Required profile

• Singaporean citizen.
• Minimum GCE N level education.
• Class 3 driving licence with a vocational licence.
• Ability to work a 5‑day week, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm.
