Warehouse Team Lead

About the role

The Warehouse Team Lead will oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations across our island‑wide facilities in Singapore. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will ensure smooth workflow, compliance with company policies, and high service standards for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day logistics, receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners on operational matters.
• Guide and support warehouse staff to maintain efficient operations.
• Resolve operational issues and drive process improvements.
• Assist the Manager in monitoring and enhancing overall logistics performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.

Required profile

• Valid forklift license.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics environments is preferred.
