Machine Vision Engineer – Semiconductor & Smart Manufacturing

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and application engineering for machine vision products and solutions.
• Evaluate customer requirements and recommend suitable vision inspection systems.
• Develop and optimise machine vision applications for semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Conduct product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concept testing, and feasibility studies.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and deliver timely technical solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, product management, and sales teams to support new product development.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and customer presentations.
• Deliver product training and technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Stay updated on emerging machine vision technologies and semiconductor industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in machine vision, vision inspection, image processing or industrial automation is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes is an advantage.
• Familiarity with vision software, cameras, optics, lighting systems or industrial sensors.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer support and project implementation.
