Senior Mechanical Engineer – Next-Generation Machine Vision & Semiconductor Technology

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop precision mechanical systems for machine vision and semiconductor equipment.
• Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.
• Develop custom mechanisms, tooling, fixtures, and automation solutions.
• Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and design for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, vision, and manufacturing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support prototype assembly, machine integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous design improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2‑5 years of mechanical design experience in automation, machine vision, semiconductor equipment or special‑purpose machinery.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.
• Precision mechanical design.
• Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Design for Manufacturing / Assembly (DFM/DFA) principles.
• Pneumatic and motion systems.
• Machine assembly and manufacturing processes.
