Manager, Cybersecurity Exercises & CII Risk Assessment

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager to lead two core service lines within its Technology Risk Services practice: cybersecurity exercises and Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) risk assessments. You will work with a diverse client base—including financial institutions, start‑ups, government agencies and multinational corporations—to help them strengthen cyber resilience and comply with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end cybersecurity exercises, covering pre‑sales, planning, scenario development, execution and reporting.
• Conduct current‑state discovery of client technology environments, cyber‑resilience programmes and incident‑response plans.
• Design and tailor exercise scenarios to match each client’s specific context and risk profile.
• Engage business, operational, technical and management teams to prepare for and participate in exercises.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve clients’ cyber‑security posture.
• Plan, conduct and deliver CII risk assessments for owners of critical information infrastructure, aligning with Singapore regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with two Directors and their teams, ensuring seamless delivery across both workstreams.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in cybersecurity and risk assessment.
• Proven expertise in designing and executing cybersecurity‑focused exercises.
• Experience assessing and mitigating risks to critical information infrastructure.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and multi‑disciplinary teams.
