Manager / Senior Manager (Chief Allied Health Officer Office)

About the role

The Chief Allied Health Officer’s Office (CAHOO) is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to help shape Singapore’s allied health workforce and care delivery. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with multiple internal and external partners to drive strategic initiatives that improve access to timely, appropriate allied health care for all Singaporeans.

Key responsibilities

• Review, design and formulate initiatives that support the strategic objectives of CAHOO and the Ministry of Health.
• Develop implementation plans and enable‑ment strategies with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes and report on the impact of initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Required profile

• Tertiary education, preferably in health, social sciences, public policy or public administration.
• Experience in hospitals, community service providers or with allied health professionals is an advantage.
• Project management skills are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to see projects through to completion.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Initiative, resilience and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
