Marketing Associate / Senior Marketing Associate

About the role

Join a small marketing team of four at Urban Company Singapore, an AI‑first home services platform. You will own end‑to‑end campaigns that reach hundreds of thousands, rotating across performance media, search, owned & earned, lifecycle & CRM, and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid acquisition across channels such as Google UAC, Meta, Moloco, SEM, AI Max and TikTok.
• Manage branded and emerging‑category search campaigns, SEO and LLM‑driven AI SEO.
• Create and curate Instagram and TikTok content, coordinate influencer partnerships and maintain brand voice.
• Design and run lifecycle, retention, reactivation and cross‑sell CRM campaigns.
• Develop and monitor promotional offers, vouchers and promo codes.
• Own measurement dashboards, flag anomalies and report weekly performance insights.

Required profile

• 0–4 years of experience in marketing, media, communications or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving environment and shift focus as business priorities change.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written communication and brand‑voice stewardship.
