About the role

Join Shopee's Singapore Marketing team to drive growth through impactful digital campaigns and data‑driven insights. As a Marketing Associate you will support the launch and daily operations of multiple campaigns, helping to achieve topline targets and enhance sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in and support the launch and day‑to‑day operations of Shopee Singapore’s marketing campaigns.
• Drive initiatives and key mechanics aimed at achieving topline revenue targets.
• Brainstorm innovative campaign ideas to boost sales performance.
• Analyse competitor performance and industry solutions to inform strategic growth initiatives.
• Use data to guide decision‑making and continuously optimise campaign performance.
• Stay updated on trends across e‑commerce platforms and broader industry developments through comprehensive competitor analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Internship or past experience in e‑commerce, growth marketing or digital advertising.
• Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem‑solving.
• Organised, able to multitask and pay close attention to details.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and dynamic environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and changes.
