Marketing Executive – Digital & Brand Focus

About the role

Hager Group is seeking a Marketing Executive to join its Singapore office. The role will support the company’s strategic priorities of digitalisation, customer centricity, product marketing and brand awareness across the Singapore market.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance the website and digital customer journey, ensuring accurate product portfolio information, technical content and campaign assets.
• Coordinate email newsletters and support CRM integration with ISA Marketing to improve audience segmentation, lead nurturing and customer communication.
• Build and execute connected campaign flows across the full digital funnel, monitor performance and continuously optimise marketing ROI.
• Plan and coordinate customer engagement activities and partner events to strengthen relationships with Hager partners, customers and key stakeholders.
• Organise on‑demand customer training programmes in Singapore, including Lunch & Learn sessions, technical training and product presentations.
• Support new product introductions and multi‑channel product campaigns, ensuring launch readiness and awareness.
• Develop sales enablement tools, marketing collateral and point‑of‑sale materials in collaboration with sales and product teams.
• Execute external brand awareness campaigns across digital channels and offline POSM, maintaining consistency with Hager brand guidelines.
• Coordinate PR, media outreach and brand activations, including content creation, event support and agency management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in B2B marketing and product marketing.
