M&E Sales Executive – Meetings, Events & MICE

About the role

We are looking for a proactive M&E Sales Executive to drive new business across Singapore’s vibrant meetings, events and MICE market. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships and closing deals that meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and secure new corporate clients through cold outreach, networking and referrals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Deliver client presentations and craft tailored proposals that align with event objectives.
• Adopt a consultative selling approach to recommend suitable meetings, conferences and event solutions.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and partners to plan and execute successful events.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking sessions.
• Ensure smooth delivery of meetings and events and oversee post‑event follow‑up.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in MICE, events or agency environments.
• Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of consultative/solution‑based selling.
