Medical Sales Representative

About the role

The Medical Sales Representative will build and nurture relationships with a wide range of healthcare partners, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and academic institutions. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering product information, gathering market feedback, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with business partners across the medical sector.
• Provide market feedback and implement relevant sales strategies.
• Monitor market trends, adapt quickly to changes, and report sales results.
• Respond to inquiries from potential customers, follow up on leads and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute plans that meet or exceed targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor offerings.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database with contact details.
• Work with cross‑functional leadership to align business development goals.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties or projects as required by management.

Required profile

• Strong network in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred majors: biology, medicine, laboratory science, immunology, pharmacy, quality engineering) with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven project‑management abilities, including planning, execution, and timely communication.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, down‑to‑earth attitude with strong communication and execution skills.
