Metrology Process Technician

About the role

Join STMicroelectronics as a Metrology Process Technician, supporting measurement processes and equipment performance in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will work hands‑on with advanced metrology tools, ensuring product quality and contributing to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Create product recipes for thickness, critical dimension (CD), and profile measurements.
• Collaborate with production, process, and equipment owners to maintain high tool uptime.
• Ensure timely lot disposition and accurate data reporting.
• Perform regular tool calibrations to guarantee measurement quality.
• Support engineering requests and assist in troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Institute of Technical Education (ITE) qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in metrology process operations within a manufacturing setting (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
