Multinational Client Manager, Asia

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Multinational Client Manager for its Marsh Risk Asia organization, based in Singapore. Reporting to the Multinational Leader, Marsh Risk Asia, the role leads the coordination and delivery of comprehensive insurance programs for strategic multinational clients and manages a portfolio of complex, global accounts across several Marsh offices and jurisdictions. It is a hybrid role with at least three days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic multinational clients, coordinate worldwide account service delivery and run retention strategies to meet revenue targets and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Work with Client Directors and Client Executives, advise on program structure, insurer capabilities and solutions for complex regulatory environments, and introduce services such as Insurance Regulatory & Tax
• Engage insurer partners to broaden client offerings and distribution of specialized solutions
• Lead international coordination across the global Marsh network, drive performance of multinational advisors and network teams, and ensure adherence to the Multinational Service Guide and Standards
• Optimize use of Marsh Global Connect and other multinational tools, and support expansion of network appointments
• Act as primary advisor on multinational risk issues, take part in tenders and growth initiatives, and pursue white-space opportunities in existing portfolios
• Lead or support ad-hoc projects such as international risk reviews, renewals, and involvement in M&A activity, and share thought leadership externally and internally

Required profile

• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in insurance brokerage, underwriting or multinational client servicing; prior insurance broker experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex global insurance accounts and a track record of client retention, revenue growth and account expansion
• Fluent English; fluency in one Asian language is highly valued

• Ability to work in a matrix organization and influence without direct authority
