Multinational Client Manager, Asia

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Multinational Client Manager for its Marsh Risk Asia organization, based in Singapore. Reporting to the Multinational Leader, Marsh Risk Asia, the role leads the coordination and delivery of comprehensive insurance programs for strategic multinational clients and manages a portfolio of complex, global accounts across several Marsh offices and jurisdictions. It is a hybrid role with at least three days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic multinational clients, coordinate worldwide account service delivery and run retention strategies to meet revenue targets and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Work with Client Directors and Client Executives, give real-time advisory support on program structure, insurer capabilities and complex regulatory environments, and engage insurer partners to broaden client offerings
• Introduce specialized services such as Insurance Regulatory & Tax to clients and prospects
• Lead international coordination across the global network, drive performance of multinational advisors and network teams, and ensure adherence to the Multinational Service Guide and Standards, including fee management and network compensation
• Optimize use of Marsh Global Connect and other multinational tools, support network appointment expansion, and lead or support ad-hoc projects such as risk reviews, renewals and M&A-related work
• Act as primary advisor on multinational risk issues, take part in new business tenders, pursue white-space opportunities and share thought leadership internally and externally

Required profile

• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in insurance brokerage, underwriting or multinational client servicing; prior insurance broker experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex global insurance accounts and a proven record of client retention, revenue growth and account expansion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work across multiple time zones and cultures
• Fluent English; fluency in one Asian language is highly valued
