Nurse Clinician

About the role

The Nurse Clinician leads clinical care on a hospital ward, ensuring high‑quality, safe and cost‑effective patient services. You will manage resources, supervise nursing staff and uphold professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all patient‑care activities on the ward.
• Optimize resource use to maintain safe, high‑quality, cost‑efficient care.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff in clinical practice.
• Ensure adherence to professional standards and ethical codes.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Nursing; postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology, Orthopaedic, Neuroscience, Palliative Care or Community Nursing are preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of hospital experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid Registered Nurse practising certificate issued by the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Willingness to work shifts and be deployed across two SingHealth Community Hospital sites.
• Uniform required.
