Office & Employee Engagement Manager – Beauty Sector

About the role

We are seeking an Office & Employee Engagement Manager for a leading beauty sector client in Singapore. The role oversees daily office operations, vendor relationships and employee experience initiatives on a 1‑year contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and facilities, including reception, meeting rooms, office upkeep and workspace management.
• Manage vendors, building management and landlords, handling contracts, purchase orders, invoices and service coordination.
• Support office renovation projects, coordinating vendors/landlords, seat planning and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and off‑boarding, including access cards, workstations and equipment.
• Plan and execute office events, meetings, team‑building activities, celebrations and wellness programmes.
• Manage office administration such as mail/couriers, filing, supplies and general communications.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety requirements and emergency procedures.
• Track the office operational budget and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Partner with HR on employee engagement, workplace experience, DEI and wellness initiatives.
• Support internal communications and employee feedback initiatives.

Required profile

• Prior experience in Office Management, Facilities, Workplace Experience or Employee Engagement.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating office renovations, events and employee engagement activities (advantageous).
• Strong communication, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Independent, proactive and able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
