On‑site Engineer – Industrial Gas Operations

About the role

The On‑site Engineer will ensure safe and reliable performance of Air Liquide’s on‑site gas units across Singapore. You will support the on‑site manager with planned shutdowns, respond quickly to supply interruptions, and contribute to new project commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver effective maintenance services for all on‑site plants.
• Plan and execute shutdown maintenance within schedule and budget.
• Manage maintenance and operation procedures while complying with local regulations and corporate safety standards.
• Perform gap analysis and ensure compliance with the Industrial Management System (IMS).
• Prepare documentation for audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis (8D reports) and propose SMART savings.
• Support reliability performance reporting and incident explanation to customers.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering (preferred).
• Experience in continuous plant maintenance and operations.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting of E&I equipment in plant environments.
