Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead daily activities across our logistics hub in Singapore. You will create a productive, profitable environment while ensuring on‑time delivery to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain operational guidelines, cost control, risk and audit processes.
• Coordinate with the General Manager on operational issues and promotional activities.
• Manage staffing, work assignments, schedules for new projects, and oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluation and termination.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility and handle vehicle breakdowns or operational interruptions.
• Evaluate inspection reports, service tickets and prepare repair invoices.
• Generate operational reports for management as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising operations teams in a logistics or transport environment.
• Strong ability to address operational issues promptly and communicate with contractors and customers.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Capability to develop staff through education on best practices and company policies.
