About the role

The Operations Supervisor will lead daily activities on the shop floor, ensuring smooth production flow and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role reports directly to the manager or director and plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and organise work schedules for the team.
  • Provide immediate supervision, assign tasks and monitor progress at regular intervals.
  • Check work output frequently and maintain production schedules.
  • Ensure all employees follow safety, quality requirements and company policies.
  • Support overtime requirements as needed.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the manager or director.

Required profile

  • Relevant experience in supervising operational or production teams.
  • Strong ability to manage schedules and monitor performance.
  • Commitment to safety, quality and policy compliance.

    • Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 3,000 to SGD 6,000.
    • Full‑time, onsite position in Singapore.
