Paralegal – Aviation (Asset Finance)

About the role

We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Aviation practice in Singapore as a member of our Asset Finance team. The role involves supporting aviation transactions and working closely with clients, leasing companies and airlines.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the team with all aspects of aviation transactions.
• Liaising with clients and counterparties throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Drafting and reviewing transaction documentation.
• Managing CPs and CP checklists.
• Coordinating closings and deliveries.
• Handling post‑closing activities.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of paralegal or transaction/contracts management experience.
• Experience in aviation finance, aircraft leasing, banking and finance, asset finance or corporate transactions is preferred.
• Familiarity with aircraft leasing and finance documentation is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages.
• Ability to work independently and engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with file management systems and strong record‑keeping skills.
