About the role
We are looking for a motivated part‑time Recruitment Consultant to join our maid and employment agency in Singapore. You will act as the primary liaison between employers seeking domestic helpers and the pool of candidates we manage, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from employers regarding hiring needs and agency services.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between employers and potential helpers.
- Provide end‑to‑end customer service, guiding employers through the recruitment process.
Required profile
- CEI Basic (Comprehensive) certification is mandatory.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and another language).
- Previous experience in a maid or employment agency is preferred.
- Sales‑driven, independent, highly motivated and a strong team player.
