People Services Partner

About the role

We are seeking a People Services Partner to lead the design and delivery of simple, human‑centred and digitally enabled HR services across the APAC region. Reporting to the HR leader, you will ensure compliant, efficient and scalable service operations while enhancing the everyday experience for employees, HR colleagues and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, operationalise and execute governance frameworks that deliver scalable, strategic HR services.
• Optimise the service catalogue, plan capacity and monitor service levels to guarantee an exceptional employee experience.
• Act as the escalation point for complex issues, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement solutions to minimise disruption.
• Leverage automation, digital tools and emerging AI solutions to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
• Develop and manage vendor performance strategies to ensure high‑quality, compliant service delivery.
• Plan and manage intake, transformation and prioritisation of service requests across functions.
• Design and maintain a metrics and reporting framework that provides actionable insights for HR leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement of People Services.

Required profile

• Strong background in HR service delivery or People Operations with a focus on human‑centred design.
• Experience in process optimisation, governance and service‑level management.
• Ability to analyse complex problems, develop data‑driven solutions and manage change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; fluency in Japanese or Korean is a plus.
