Performance Marketing Manager (North America focus)

About the role

As a member of the Global Performance Marketing team at ShopBack Group, you will design and execute online media strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and brand awareness for the North America market. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with local teams and US stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the performance of all paid media channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams to develop localized campaign plans, media buying, and creative assets.
• Analyze campaign and product data to generate actionable insights and optimize spend.
• Plan and manage budgets to maximize marketing efficiency and ROI.
• Continuously test and experiment to uncover new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid media for app and web products.
• Proven track record of driving growth in the North America market.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple cultures.
• Data‑driven mindset with excellent analytical abilities.
