Pharmacist – Quality Assurance & GMP/GDP

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to lead quality assurance and GMP/GDP activities within our central warehouse. The role ensures therapeutic products are handled, stored and released in full compliance with regulatory standards while supporting distribution to public healthcare institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee product operations in the central warehouse, coordinating distribution to public healthcare facilities.
• Act as the Responsible Person for the Wholesale Licence, managing CD‑related KPIs and audit requirements.
• Ensure receipt, storage, verification, distribution and disposal of products meet established procedures and regulatory standards.
• Perform duties as an Authorized Person or Delegated Authorized Person for final release of repacked therapeutic products.
• Support secondary assembly, GMP activities and monitor environmental conditions, following up on temperature or humidity excursions.
• Maintain quality records for equipment calibration, temperature mapping, pest management and cleaning.
• Develop training materials and deliver onboarding and refresher training for relevant staff.
• Investigate non‑conformances, medication incidents and near‑misses, conducting root‑cause analysis and reporting.
• Review and update SOPs, support internal audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GMP, GDP) and assist with product registration.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives such as carbon‑footprint monitoring.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and active practice status.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Pharmacist; QA experience in GMP/GDP environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical, detail‑oriented approach with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
