Procurement Staff

About the role

The Procurement Staff will support kuubiik’s global sourcing operations from its Singapore office. You will be responsible for building and managing a reliable supplier network, executing purchase orders, and driving cost‑optimization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Research, identify and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate contracts, pricing and delivery terms, and maintain an up‑to‑date vendor database.
• Process purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders, track order status, expedite shipments and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor market trends and commodity prices, analyse spend data and produce regular procurement reports for management.
• Collaborate with inventory, warehouse, finance and product teams to forecast demand and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, contract management and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and inventory tracking templates.
