Manager, Warehouse & Fulfilment

About the role

The Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager will lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient workflows while driving continuous improvement and digital transformation. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, the role balances operational excellence with financial stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational staff in daily warehouse and fulfilment activities, optimizing labour, equipment, and storage to meet fluctuating customer volumes.
• Oversee end‑to‑end inventory management, implementing accuracy, productivity and loss‑prevention programs.
• Partner with the AVP on P&L management, budgeting, pricing simulations and monthly billing for contract logistics accounts.
• Drive Kaizen, Lean and 5S initiatives and lead digital dashboard automation using data visualisation tools.
• Act as Risk Assessment Leader, ensuring compliance with safety, security, housekeeping and regulatory standards.
• Develop and coach a high‑performing team, defining KPIs and managing stakeholder relationships across a matrix environment.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Logistics Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years managerial experience, including at least 3 years in a 3PL environment.
• Proven experience managing B2B and B2C/e‑commerce fulfilment operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L tracking, budgeting and cost control.
• Relevant certifications such as Bizsafe Level 2, Work‑at‑Height Manager and GDPMDS are highly preferred.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) proficiency.
• Data visualisation tools – Power BI, Tableau.
• Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma and 5S methodologies.
• Digital dashboard automation and data‑driven performance monitoring.
• Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMDS) knowledge.
