Product Manager APAC - Alternative Payment Methods

About the role

Tsys is looking for a passionate, curious and impact-driven Product Manager to join its APAC Product & Technology team. The role focuses on alternative payment methods (APMs) across the region, taking end-to-end ownership of APM products from ideation through launch and scale, with a focus on customer impact, commercial success and long-term scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle: define vision, strategy, roadmap and go-to-market plans, drive products from concept to launch and iterate based on performance and feedback.
• Engage directly with merchants, partners and internal teams to understand pain points and put the customer experience at the centre of the work.
• Prioritise initiatives by value and outcomes rather than feature delivery, measuring success through adoption, revenue growth and customer experience.
• Shape and execute product strategy, lead prioritisation and roadmap decisions, and make clear trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Operations and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities, support sales, manage APM partners and contribute to revenue expansion.
• Monitor performance, analyse trends and use data to optimise product performance.
• Cultivate partner relationships and take full ownership of products from strategy to results.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with a strong understanding of merchant payment processing and capabilities globally, particularly in an e-commerce environment.
• Understanding of alternative payment methods (APM) across APAC is a plus.
• Proven product management or product development experience, with a track record of launching and scaling products.
• Ability to work across technical and commercial domains, engaging with engineers while driving business outcomes.
• Experience in cross-functional, complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, able to turn data into decisions and strategy.
