Production Manager – Semiconductor Manufacturing

About the role

Infineon is seeking a Production Manager to lead a large team of operators, technicians and supervisors in a clean‑room semiconductor environment. You will ensure smooth production flow, drive efficiency, and support the company’s decarbonisation and digitalisation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify bottleneck equipment or areas and analyse problems across relevant departments.
• Investigate and implement measures to reduce scrap, non‑conformities and manpower inefficiencies.
• Plan and manage manpower to meet KPI targets such as cycle time, delivery and yield.
• Communicate management directions clearly and act as a trustworthy team leader.
• Initiate and lead cost‑saving projects that contribute to overall company KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a Senior Engineer or Production Manager.
• Proven ability to manage a workforce of 180‑250 supervisors, technicians and operators.
• Strong knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, Kanban and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Experience working in a clean‑room environment and adhering to strict protocols.
