Production Manager – Semiconductor Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Production Manager to lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers, Cell Leaders and Operators in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role focuses on driving daily production performance, continuous improvement and operational excellence while maintaining cleanroom discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production team to achieve output, quality, cost, cycle‑time and productivity targets.
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Develop and execute action plans to resolve production issues and meet performance goals.
• Implement training programmes to enhance technical skills of the workforce.
• Ensure cleanroom cleanliness, housekeeping and operator discipline are consistently maintained.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of production or manufacturing management experience, preferably in semiconductor or high‑technology environments.
• Hands‑on people‑management experience with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
