Project Delivery Lead – Life Insurance (Techno-Functional)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to drive end‑to‑end delivery of Life Insurance transformation initiatives. The role combines strong business acumen with technical insight to ensure seamless coordination between business and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of Life Insurance projects from initiation through implementation.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and governance artefacts.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Architecture and Data teams to achieve delivery targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating timely decisions and issue resolution.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, deployment and production readiness activities.
• Prepare status reports, governance packs, RAID logs and executive updates.
• Support AI, Generative AI and digital transformation initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Lead or Programme Manager in Life Insurance.
• Strong background in business and technology transformation projects.
• Excellent governance, risk, issue and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and drive outcomes.
• Experience with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Techno‑functional understanding of Life Insurance processes.
• Project management methodologies and tools.
• AI and Generative AI delivery experience (strong advantage).
