Project & Infrastructure Finance Associate Lawyer – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Project & Infrastructure Finance lawyer to join our Singapore practice. The successful candidate will work on sophisticated project financing and infrastructure transactions across the APAC region, including data centre, transport and social infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Advise lenders, sponsors and other market participants on complex project finance deals.
• Draft and negotiate financing documentation for data centre and other digital infrastructure projects.
• Support transactions in traditional infrastructure sectors such as transport, social infrastructure and major public‑private projects.
• Collaborate with the broader banking and finance team to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) gained in the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Singapore.
• Training and practice at a leading international or top‑tier domestic law firm.
• Demonstrated substantive experience in project or infrastructure finance.
• Interest in developing a long‑term career in Singapore; willingness to relocate.
