Project Manager – Finastra Core Banking & AI Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Finastra‑based banking transformation initiatives for a fast‑growing fintech building AI‑powered banking solutions. The role oversees implementation, integration and enhancement of Finastra core banking platforms while collaborating with product, engineering, AI and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Finastra implementation and transformation projects, ensuring scope, budget and timeline compliance.
• Manage project planning, governance, risk, resource allocation and reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Product, Engineering, AI, QA, Infrastructure and third‑party vendors.
• Oversee integration of Finastra platforms with internal applications, third‑party systems and AI‑driven solutions.
• Drive execution using Agile, Scrum or hybrid methodologies and manage dependencies, risks and change requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise banking or financial‑services technology projects.
• Proven track record managing Finastra implementation, migration or upgrade projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience handling project budgets, schedules, resource planning and vendor relationships.

Required skills

• Finastra core banking implementation expertise.
• Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud technologies and enterprise integration architectures.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered banking platforms and intelligent automation.
