Project Manager

About the role

aZaaS Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead small‑ to medium‑sized IT projects, particularly those with contract values exceeding S$1 million. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high‑quality business systems on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Review IT solution specifications and business requirements, guiding the team to develop comprehensive project plans.
• Establish timelines, budgets, and task completion methods for each project.
• Ensure profitable delivery of quality business systems for external customers, meeting user and system requirements.
• Manage end‑to‑end project processes from RFP through development, testing, and final delivery.
• Oversee quality, productivity, and consistency of project deliverables.
• Plan and allocate resources across functional specification development, testing, and user training phases.
• Collaborate with technical teams to confirm realistic and implementable requirements.
• Conduct regular project reviews and adjust budgets, resources, or timelines as needed.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and chair routine status meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience managing IT projects.
• PMP or CITPM certification (candidates with strong experience but no certification are also considered).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Eligibility for and willingness to undergo Security Clearance.
