Project Manager – Steel Structure Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in steel‑structure construction to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver mixed‑use development projects on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on steel‑structure projects and ensure compliance with design and engineering specifications.
• Lead and manage project team members, monitoring productivity and performance.
• Guide the team on quality and safety standards, promoting a safe work environment.
• Track site progress against the master programme, ensuring proper sequencing and preventing delays.
• Manage resources and materials efficiently to optimise project costs.
• Enforce workplace safety practices and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects that involve steel structures.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee mixed‑use developments (residential, commercial, retail).
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to project timelines.
